- Unless you selected express shipping at the time of your purchase, orders should be received within 1 to 2 business days.

- Clients requesting a refund must contact us via telephone for approval.

- The merchandise must be returned along with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Products returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

- Exchanges are permitted, with the exception of special orders and customized items.

- The client is responsible for the shipping costs in the case of a return.

- All merchandise must be in its original packaging and resalable in order to be exchanged or refunded.
